The sign in step enables us to provide PA Chamber members with available member discounts when ordering online by utilizing enhanced security for account information, and is also part of new regulatory requirements.

Do I have to create an account?

You do not need one unless you are a PA Chamber member and wish to receive available member discounts when ordering online. Members can still get the discount without an account if they order by mail, email or fax. Non-members currently do not need to create an account, though they may wish to as there may be additional benefits for them in the future.

I was trying to create an account, but I received a message that indicated I had to call you.

We either aren’t able to currently locate you in our database, or we’ve located more than one entry for you and we want to make sure your information is accurate and up to date.

I have an account but I forgot my password and/or username.

You can click on the ‘forgot username or password’ link on the sign in screen or call Customer Service at 877 866-8965. When you call us, we will locate and verify your information, and send an email to you. You may then select a username and password as necessary.

Are you going to spam me?

No. The account is simply administrative and will not increase communications to you. If you have opted out of email subjects in the past, creating an account will not change that.

Why did you make this change? Are there benefits other than the member discount?

This change enhances credit card security. Credit cards will be processed directly on the processor’s secure site. In addition, you will be able to immediately see exactly what you are being charged.
