Hotel Information

The Hershey Lodge has blocked rooms at a special rate of $129 for conference attendees. To qualify for this rate, reservations must be made by October 26, 2007. After that date, rooms are available on a space-available basis, and may be at a higher rate. Call 800-533-3131 or 717-533-3311 to make your overnight room reservations, and advise the booking agent that you are attending the PA Chamber's HR Conference.

We encourage you to dress in layers as the temperature in hotel conference rooms tends to vary.

BALTIMORE, MD, YORK and POINTS SOUTH

Take I-83 North towards York and Harrisburg. Approaching Harrisburg, follow signs to continue on I-83 North. I-83 North to 322 East to Hershey. 322 East to 422 East. At the traffic light turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to HERSHEY Lodge.

CENTRAL NEW JERSEY (TRENTON, NJ)

I-95 South to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76). Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) West to exit 266. Turn left onto 72 North. Follow 72 North to 322 West. Take 322 West into Hershey (approximately 12 miles). Turn right onto University Drive (traffic light). Take the first left into the entrance to HERSHEY Lodge.

NEW YORK CITY AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY

Follow I-78 West to I-81 South. Take exit 77 and follow Route 39 East to Hersheypark Drive. At the traffic light turn right onto Hersheypark Drive. Follow Hersheypark Drive to Route 422 and exit onto 422 East. At the traffic light turn right onto University Drive. Take the first right into the entrance to HERSHEY Lodge.

PHILADELPHIA AND SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) West to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76). Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) West to exit 266. Turn left onto 72 North. Follow 72 North to 322 West.
