Carissa Burgett serves as Assistant to the President and Board Administrator for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. In this role, she manages the Office of the President, serves as Board Administrator and Secretary for the board of directors, and plans and executes details relative to board meetings.

Carissa began working at the PA Chamber in August of 2020. With more than seven years of strategic partnership and C-suite administrative experience under her belt, her passion is to work strategically with executives to maximize their time and influence. Always looking for ways to learn, grow, and be an agent of change, Carissa has earned multiple certifications in recent years, including earning her Certified Administrative Professional certification in 2019. Outside of her dedication to the administrative field, she volunteers her time with local food banks, Wreaths Across America, and the United Way. Carissa is an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, and is a Girl Scout leader to her daughter’s Brownie troop.
