About The Speaker

Amy Brida leads the PA Chamber Insurance Benefits Consulting team as Director of Benefits Consulting.  She joined PA Chamber Insurance in 2001 as an Account Manager.  Amy brings 18 years of successful experience in account management, business development and management with group employee benefits to PCI.  Prior to joining PA Chamber Insurance, Amy worked for a major national insurance carrier.  She lives by the mantra:  You don't earn loyalty in a day; you earn loyalty day by day.  We want our customers to know their importance with every single interaction.  She holds a Pennsylvania insurance license in Accident and Health, Life, Fixed Annuities and Casualty.

Dee Yingst is the PA Chamber’s Chief HR and Compliance Officer, as well as PCI’s Human Resources Consultant, providing advice and assistance on HR and policy issues for companies that utilize PA Chamber Insurance for their medical insurance broker.  Her career includes roles with a major health insurance carrier, an international insurance broker and as an HR executive for a private employer. In addition to an active Pennsylvania Accident & Health, Life and Fixed Annuities license, Dee holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior, and several professional designations in human resources and employee benefits.


Chris Bair is a Senior Client Consultant with ConnectCare3.  Utilizing his vast experience in sales and executive leadership roles, Chris specializes in educating and consulting private business groups that are in ConnectCare3 consortiums on invaluable available resources including Nurse Navigation and Health and Wellness services.  Connect Care3 not only concentrates on making sure that the employee or dependent using the service receives the best care possible, but at the same time making sure employers understand why this is important in the self-funding model.
