About The Speaker


Elsie Fairchild

Elsie Fairchild’s employee benefits career began many years ago in Indianapolis, Indiana at an actuarial firm. In 1987 she started her own employee benefits agency specializing in voluntary benefits. In 1998 she expanded her agency to include core benefit communication, education and enrollment services for her clients and their employees.

In 2012, Elsie and her son, Nash Skiles, founded BeneChoice Enrollment Solutions & Technology, Inc. BEST was founded to provide clients with 365/24/7 benefits administration solutions. These solutions, along with their continued commitment to help employees understand the benefits they are offered at work, allows BEST to provide support to HR with tools to help manage and support their entire employee benefits package.

In 2017, BEST partnered with 14 agencies nationwide to create National Enrollment Partners (NEP). Through NEP they can now support HR professionals and their employees nationwide, regardless of their size, with the same personalized service for all of their employees – regardless of their location.

Elsie is an active member of multiple human resource organizations, industry focused groups, and is an occasional speaker, presenter, and/or vendor at many HR and employee benefit events. She is a certified Continuing Education instructor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Elsie, along with her Sheepadoddle (Mavis) lives in Lititz, PA.
