Danovan Clacken is a Health Account Specialist for the Health Benefit Solutions unit within Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) at Bank of America. In this role, Danovan is responsible for delivering health account solutions to mid-sized companies in the Northeast.
Danovan also serves as Co-Chair for the RPWS Diversity and Inclusion Council and is responsible for Campus Recruiting. He earned his BBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College in New York where he resides today.
Kevin F. Crain is the Managing Director Head of Workplace Solutions Integration Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions. In this role, he serves as the executive business lead for the delivery of Workplace Solutions through the Market Presidents organization. He is responsible for the delivery of Employee Banking and Investing to retirement clients, and communicating our workplace insights and thought leadership to the marketplace. Prior to this role, Kevin led Enterprise Financial Solutions for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He previously held leadership roles for Institutional Retirement, Integrated Benefits Product and Plan Participant Solutions. During his 37-year tenure in the financial services industry, he held a number of senior management roles with Putnam Investments, Fidelity Investments and Bankers Trust Company. Kevin is Co-Chair of the Age Friendly New York City Commission and serves as Trustee for the Employee Benefit Research Institute. Kevin holds the Series 7, 24 and 66 registrations and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Georgetown University
As an Employee Benefits Specialist Mason Flinn is responsible for providing benefits consulting support in Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Retirement Plans, Equity Compensation Plans, Health Benefit Solutions, and Corporate Employee Banking & Investing programs. He has over 25 years of retirement plan consulting experience. Mason is part of our dedicated PA team collaborating with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch partners to engage PA Plan Sponsors in our Financial Life Benefits Program.
Dina Robertson is a Client Development Specialist for the Corporate Employee Banking and Investment Division at Bank of America. This role involves delivering banking and investment products and benefits to employees of selected Bank of America clients.
Dina graduated from the University of Delaware, where she majored in Business Management and Marketing, and lives in Delaware with her husband and daughter.
Lorna Sabbia is the Managing Director, Head of Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions at Bank of America, where she is a 25-year veteran. Lorna is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. Prior to this role, Lorna served as Head of Managed Solutions where she led the discretionary and non-discretionary fee-based investment platforms, the global mutual fund and ETF offerings across all channels, and relationship management with third-party investment partners. In addition, she drove the creation and implementation of Merrill Lynch One, the largest and most successful launch of an investment advisory platform in our firm’s history. Previous to this position, Lorna was Head of the Client Solutions Group, leading all Investments & Wealth Management and Wealth Structuring specialists and support desks, the Portfolio Strategies Desk, Annuity and Life Insurance Product management, in addition to the management of investment partner and insurance carrier relationships. Before joining the Client Solutions Group, Lorna was Head of Sales and Marketing for Merrill Lynch Trust Company (now part of Bank of America Private Bank), and from 2002 to 2006, she served as National Sales Manager for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. She began her career at the company as a specialist for nearly eight years in two divisions, New York and New England, across three different disciplines. Lorna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University. She is a member of the firm’s management and operating committees, Executive Sponsor of the company’s Diverse Leader Sponsorship Program, CoChairs the firm’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, and serves as Market Sponsor for the Knoxville market. She is also Chair Emeritus for the Money Management Institute’s Board of Governors. Lorna is a member of the Women Against Alzheimer’s Leadership Council, the World Dementia Council, and board member for More Than Words, a Bostonbased job training and youth development program. She also serves on the Executive Advisory Council of the Pat Summit Leadership Group.
Stephen Ulian is the Managing Director Head of Institutional Retirement & Benefit Plan Sales and Consultant Relations for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, Steve is responsible for delivering integrated financial benefits and investment solutions to companies and organizations of all sizes. Products and services under his management include 401(k), Defined Benefit Plan Administration, Equity Plan Services, ESPP, Health Savings, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation, and Institutional Investment Consulting. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Steve served as executive vice president for Fidelity Investment’s Workplace Investing Group where his management responsibilities included sales, client relationship management, product management, strategy and the delivery of integrated services. Before joining Fidelity Investments in 2005, Steve was managing director and head of Deutsche Bank/Scudder Investments Retirement Services. Steve holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College.
