Description

A decade of comprehensive research involving employers nationwide shows a key link between employee financial wellness and overall company health and success. According to Bank of America’s 2020 Workplace Benefits Report, employee financial wellness directly impacts employee happiness and productivity. And employers who include financial wellness as part of their benefits program have more focused and motivated employees.

Join us for a virtual seminar as leaders from Bank of America Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions share detailed insights from the 2020 report and provide actionable strategies on how employers can build effective financial wellness programs to help employees take control of their financial lives.

This free program will help employers better serve the needs of their employees through the workplace wellness benefits they offer and provide useful information regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employee retirement savings, the impact of debt and health care costs, and what may be the most equal form of retirement wealth.

Program Highlights:

  • Trends and the current state of financial wellness, including
  • A gender and generational view of the insights
  • Challenges and barriers to achieving financial goals
  • Help and resources employees want
  • Evolution from financial to holistic support
