Description

We will be covering two topics for this program. Please see the Agenda for full details.

Session 1: Utilizing Your Supply Chain as a Competitive Advantage

Understanding the strength and weaknesses in your business's supply chain is vital to your future success. By examining cases of businesses that have made their way ‘out’ of the COVID-19 pandemic and positioned themselves for growth in today's challenging business climate, this session is designed to teach you how to adapt your company's supply chain and gain a competitive advantage.

Session 2: Optimizing Your Accounting & Finance Function to Fuel Growth

The need for real-time, accurate financial data to help support business decisions, growth and strategic planning is critical. If your business struggles to produce timely and accurate financial reporting, this is the session for you. The Baker Tilly team will provide insight into some of the leading cloud accounting and back-office platforms being used by emerging businesses today — including but not limited to QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Bill.com. They’ll also touch on some best practices when considering how your accounting needs should be met going forward.
