Meet Our New Team Members
Erin Cotton is PCI’s newest Benefits Sales Consultant, who identifies issues and develops strategies for our client’s specific benefits needs. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Erin was an educator, and her extensive experience in uncovering and responding to complex student needs helps her assess and evaluate what employers need for their teams. Erin and her husband have three children, and together they enjoy traveling, going to sporting events, and movie nights.
Jennifer Murphy is PCI’s Human Resources and Compliance Consultant. She has eight years of HR experience in employee relations, employee engagement, staffing, policy application, performance management, and rewards/recognition. Jennifer prides herself on being a trusted HR advisor who understands the needs of others, is a responsive problem-solver, and produces results for clients. PCI is thrilled to welcome Jennifer into the PCI fold, where she can provide her value-added HR expertise to every PCI client. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, exercising, and testing out new recipes using ingredients from her family’s garden.
Dionne McKinney is PCI’s newest Client Services Specialist. A results-driven professional with over 25 years of extensive customer service experience, Dionne joins PCI after more than a decade of working in benefits enrollment and administration. In her new role, Dionne will work directly with clients, helping to facilitate their day-to-day operations and tailoring benefits solutions to match their organizational needs. Dionne’s proudest achievement is being a mother to two adult daughters, and in her free time, she enjoys participating in activities with her church.
