U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team Legend and Broadcaster Carli Lloyd to Headline PA Chamber’s 2026 Women in Business Conference

The PA Chamber today announced that Carli Lloyd, U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team legend and FOX Sports analyst, will speak at the PA Chamber’s 2026 Women in Business Conference on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Lancaster Marriott.

Lloyd will share her powerful story—from her early days in the sport to becoming one of the most accomplished athletes in U.S. soccer history, competing and winning on the world’s biggest stage, while setting records and inspiring generations along the way. Her lessons, drawn from a career defined by grit, resilience, and excellence, resonate far beyond the field.

“As Pennsylvania gears up to host the 2026 World Cup this June, it’s both an honor and fitting that we welcome Carli Lloyd to the PA Chamber Women in Business Conference stage,” said PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein. “Carli’s experience competing at the highest level of global sport – and now leading the World Cup coverage as a broadcast analyst – gives her a unique perspective on leadership, teamwork, and performance under pressure. We know our audience of business leaders will be inspired by her journey and the practical lessons she will share about managing pressure, embracing inner strength, and working collaboratively to achieve ambitious goals.”

Lloyd is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, two-time FIFA Women’s World Cup champion, and two-time FIFA World Player of the Year. Over a remarkable 17-year career with the U.S. Women’s National Team, she became the team’s all-time leading Olympic scorer and the first player ever to record a hat trick in a Women’s World Cup Final. She appeared in more World Cup and Olympic matches than any American player, finishing her career with 134 goals in 316 caps.

In recognition of her extraordinary contributions, Lloyd was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2025. Today, she continues to inspire audiences around the world through her work as a FOX Sports analyst, her CL10 Soccer Clinics, and her media appearances – including winning FOX’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, a testament to her trademark mindset and determination.

The PA Chamber Women in Business Conference is a PA Chamber signature event that brings together professionals from across the Commonwealth for a day of leadership development, networking, and candid conversations about advancing women in the workplace. Other speakers include Meta President and Vice Chairman Dina Powell McCormick, Penn State President Neeli Bendapudi, and executives from other leading Pennsylvania institutions.
