The PA Chamber is proud to congratulate President and CEO Luke Bernstein on being named to the top 10 of City & State PA’s 2026 “Power 100” – an annual list recognizing the most influential policymakers and advocates in the Commonwealth.
Luke was recognized for his key role in growing the PA Chamber’s 13,000-member-strong organization by more than one-third in just three years, advancing a strong pro-business agenda, and delivering measurable results for business leaders.
Under his leadership, the PA Chamber successfully advocated for historic reforms to Pennsylvania’s corporate tax structure and improvements to the state’s permitting process, strengthening the Commonwealth’s competitiveness and leading to historic investments in future-focused industries. Luke also launched the Pennsylvania Energy and Innovation Institute, elevating the Chamber’s leadership on energy, innovation, and economic growth.
Also included among the top 10 in the “Power 100” are Gov. Josh Shapiro; Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward (R‑Westmoreland); House Speaker Joanna McClinton (D‑Philadelphia); and U.S. Senators Dave McCormick and John Fetterman. Many leaders from the PA Chamber’s membership are also included on this year’s list, underscoring the impact our members have across the state.
