Home | A Seasonal Favorite Returns: The PA Chamber’s “Best of Fall” Competition is Back!
For Immediate ReleaseOctober 28, 2024
For more information, contact Lindsay Andrews, Email | 717-720-5435
The crisp air, brilliant leaves, nationally acclaimed festivals, and delicious seasonal treats are in full swing in Pennsylvania – and with it, the PA Chamber is proud to announce the return of the bracket-style contest to determine which autumn favorite reigns supreme as the Commonwealth’s “Best of Fall!”
The PA Chamber’s popular public voting competition pits 32 of Pennsylvania’s beloved autumnal food and drink, fairs and festivals, and fall experiences against each other over three weeks via the PA Chamber’s X and Instagram pages. Last year, public voting in the inaugural contest crowned Musselman’s Apple Cider the winner, an occasion they celebrated with a cider toast at the PA Chamber’s offices.
Musselman’s and other favorite treats and experiences return to the contest this year, as well as new additions like Giant Eagle’s GetGo Pilgrim, the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop’s Pumpkin Spice Dumplings, and Lancaster County’s Field of Screams.
“Whether it’s football, festivals, or food – Pennsylvania boasts the best fall experiences in the country,” PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein said. “We’re home to the longest, most colorful fall foliage season in the world – one of the many reasons our state’s tourism industry generates close to $77 billion a year. But whether you live here or are visiting, there’s so many reasons to travel around the Commonwealth this time of year. We’re excited to kick off the second year of the ‘Best of Fall’ contest as we honor the brands and experiences that make Pennsylvania the premier fall destination in the nation!”
Voting for the first week of the 2024 “Best of Fall” contest will begin on Tuesday, October 29, at Noon.
