LANCASTER, PA — The PA Chamber’s Annual Women in Business Conference has been growing by leaps and bounds since its inception a few years ago, inviting women (and men) from every step in their professional journey to come together for a day of engagement, networking, and professional development with the brightest and best business leaders across the Commonwealth.
The 2025 Women in Business Conference will be bigger and bolder than ever, as the PA Chamber today announced that Professional Basketball Player Caitlin Clark, one of the most exciting basketball players of her generation and a leader in elevating women’s athletics around the globe, will keynote next year’s event at the Lancaster Marriott on April 3, 2025.
“From her incredible athletic skills to the team-oriented way she conducts herself, Caitlin Clark is a world-class athlete and leader who inspires generations of fans,” PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein said. “We’re so excited to welcome her to our Women in Business Conference and discuss how she navigates her basketball career, her business ventures, and more, all while prioritizing the charitable work and leadership that makes her a role model to millions.”
Caitlin’s on-court accolades include 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year, 2024 First Team All WNBA, 2024 WNBA All-Star, and 2024 WNBA 1st Overall Pick. Prior to going pro with the Indiana Fever, she was an undisputed phenom for the Iowa Hawkeyes, as the NCAA All-Time Leading Scorer (Men & Women), the NCAA All-Time 3-PT FG Leader (Women), a four-time AP All American, a two-time Naismith Women’s College Player of the Year, and a two-time John R. Wooden Award winner.
Off the court, Caitlin is also making an impact with The Caitlin Clark Foundation which is focused on youth empowerment through education, nutrition, and sports—the very pillars of her success. Caitlin’s relentless pursuit of excellence transcends sports and business, as she remains committed to enduring change, both within the game and beyond its boundaries.
