Today, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry announced the launch of its inaugural “PA Small Business of the Year” Awards, a statewide initiative designed to recognize and celebrate the remarkable achievements of small businesses that are driving innovation, creating jobs, and enriching communities throughout Pennsylvania.
“As the Statewide Voice of Business, we’re honored to represent nearly 10,000 businesses of all sizes and industry sectors across Pennsylvania, many of which are small businesses,” said PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein. “We are so excited to host the inaugural ‘PA Small Business of the Year’ Awards to recognize small businesses’ contributions to jobs, the economy, and Pennsylvanians’ way of life. We are excited to see who applies, learn about their stories, and share the impacts they are making in PA.”
The awards program will honor two standout businesses as the Top Small Business in Pennsylvania, which will receive a one-year Investor-level membership in the PA Chamber, statewide recognition, and networking opportunities with business leaders and policymakers. Finalists will also be recognized across multiple categories, including overall growth, community engagement, leadership, and innovation.
Small businesses will be defined in two categories: the first category will include businesses headquartered in Pennsylvania with between 100 and 250 employees and less than $20 million in annual revenue; and the second category will include businesses headquartered in Pennsylvania with fewer than 100 employees and less than $10 million in annual revenue. Applicants are encouraged to share their stories of resilience, innovation, and impact within their communities.
Applications must be submitted by November 30, 2025, and winners will be announced in December.
For full eligibility criteria, award details, and to apply, visit the 2025 PA Small Business of the Year Awards webpage.
