FEATURED SPEAKERS

Timothy J. Horstmann is an attorney with the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC and practices in the Firm’s Harrisburg office. He has represented political committees, trade associations, candidates for elective office and county boards of election since 2007. He counsels clients on matters related to federal and multistate campaign finance, lobbying and ethics, and election law generally.

Brian Rengert serves as the PA Chamber’s Director of Political Engagement. In this role, Brian directs the PA Chamber’s political efforts, including overseeing ChamberPAC, the Chamber’s bipartisan political action committee, coordinating candidate engagement, and working with PA Chamber members to enhance the broader business community’s political activism.

Rengert came to the PA Chamber with more than a decade of policy and legislative experience, serving six years as Executive Director of the PA House Republican Campaign Committee and most recently having served as Director of Government Relations at the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors.

Steve Wojnaroski is the Director of Political Engagement, Government Affairs at Highmark. Steve manages the organization’s federal and state PACs and political advocacy strategy, in addition to engaging in legislative efforts impacting health policy at the state and federal level.

Bruce Nilson has more than 20 years of campaign and political operations experience, having worked with candidates, PACs, and advocacy organizations on campaign finance, strategy, compliance, and organizational management. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at Red Curve Solutions, where he specializes in treasury and compliance services for political organizations and committees. In addition to his professional work, Bruce is a firefighter and longtime community volunteer with a strong commitment to public service and youth leadership development. He serves on the board of the State YMCA of Pennsylvania and remains actively involved with the Pennsylvania Youth and Government program, where he first participated as a student while growing up in Harrisburg.
