Susan Smith is the Educational Services Executive for the PA Chamber, where she is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of educational programs, webinars and compliances guidebooks and publications, as well as special events such as the Golf Outing for the PA Chamber. She does considerable research to forecast customer demand and monitor industry trends to identify emerging business opportunities. She manages a diverse network of speakers, authors and program partners. She also develops strategic business plans to ensure the profitability and growth of each educational product and service line, including strategies to continually improve brand recognition and loyalty.
