Jennifer O’Donnell is the Engagement and Events Executive, having joined the Chamber in 2021.

Jennifer grew up in the central PA area and moved to New York City in 1995 to attend Parsons School of Design for Photography. In her 14 years in New York, Jennifer worked in a myriad of industries, ranging from Fashion, Music, and Hospitality – primarily holding roles in event management, marketing, and public relations.

Leaving New York in 2009, Jennifer relocated to St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands where she held the position of Asst. Director of Events and Marketing with the St. Thomas Restaurant Group where she completed the Ritz Carlton’s Legendary Service Training and volunteered at the St. Thomas Montessori School teaching Art.

In 2015, Jennifer returned to the Central PA area and continued her work in Event Management with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company and continued her education in Food & Beverage by obtaining her Level 1 Wine Sommelier Certification. Jennifer utilized this skill to build and enhance the Wine and Spirits Education classes offered to Convention groups at the Lodge.

In the past year, Jennifer has completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with New Love City in Brooklyn, NY and is continuing to study for her Level 2 Sommelier Certification. She is a fan of the arts, music, and is a natural born people person with a love of food and beverage. In her free time, Jennifer loves doing yoga and hanging out with her dog Pepper, a Dachshund/ Chihuahua who she adopted from St. Thomas.
