2026 Higher Education Summit

ABOUT THE EVENT

The global economy is evolving rapidly—alongside technology and workforce demands. Pennsylvania has the tools to be a global leader, but realizing that potential requires addressing current workforce challenges and better preparing students for careers that will attract and retain the next generation of talent.

The PA Chamber, in partnership with Steptoe & Johnson, is proud to present the Higher Education Summit – a unique thought leadership event that convenes leaders from higher education, business, and government. Together, we will explore how to better align Pennsylvania’s colleges and universities with the needs of employers and students.

Through discussions on workforce alignment, affordability, emerging technologies, and policy challenges, the summit equips leaders to adapt to a rapidly changing economy and reinforces higher education’s critical role in driving economic growth, talent development, and innovation across the Commonwealth.
