The program will kick-off with a keynote discussion featuring Penn State President Dr. Neeli Bendapudi, the university’s first female and non-white leader who has charted a unique and inspiring course to greatness.
Throughout the day, you’ll attend breakout sessions where women will discuss how they’re leading in CEO roles and as community leaders; talk about how to avoid the “Superwoman Syndrome” of having to do it all; and advise on how to level up YOUR brand by understanding who you are, deciding where you want to go and cultivating your network.
The day concludes with a session that’s perfectly fitting for the conference theme — Power to Thrive: Leveraging Strengths for Leadership, Resilience & Success with Andy and Annie Hughes of Hughes Coaching and Consulting, LLC.

This event is all about supporting women at all points along their life path – including those who might need a little help in getting to the next step in their journey. If you bring your gently used women’s business, business casual, and tennis shoes (sneakers) in all sizes (bagged or boxed), we’re proud to partner with Dress For Success’s Suits to Careers program and donate those shoes to women in need. A collection box will be located near the registration table.
