FEATURED SPEAKERS

Mark Weber is President of PA Chamber Insurance and a recognized leader in employee benefits and healthcare strategy. For more than 20 years, he has helped organizations take greater control of their healthcare investments while improving outcomes for employees and reducing costs. Having worked across both the demand and supply sides of healthcare purchasing, Mark brings a unique perspective to the challenges employers face. He is committed to building collaborative solutions that benefit businesses, healthcare stakeholders, and Pennsylvania’s workforce. His mission is to help employers invest more effectively in their people by delivering better healthcare outcomes and sustainable financial results.

Lindsey Johnson serves as Health Plan Strategy & Risk Manager for a manufacturing company in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, where she oversees the strategy and day-to-day management of the company’s self-funded health plan.

Her work includes direct provider contracting, healthcare procurement, pharmacy cost strategies, stop-loss oversight, care navigation, cash-pay arrangements, claims auditing, and developing partnerships with independent physicians, surgery centers, imaging providers, and health systems.

Lindsey’s approach focuses on treating healthcare as a business expense that employers can actively manage rather than simply accepting annual insurance increases.  She brings the perspective of an employer that has taken a hands-on approach to healthcare purchasing, with an emphasis on transparency, access, affordability, and better outcomes for employees.

Dr. Kenneth Wayne Rictor, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician with nearly four decades in practice and one of the field’s early adopters of the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. In 1989 he founded Scotland Family Medicine in Scotland, Pennsylvania.  After 25 years of fee-for-service practice, Dr. Rictor created Scotland Family Medicine Direct Primary Care (DPC).  built around transparent membership pricing, unhurried patient access, and a philosophy of health creation over disease management. In 2018 he co-founded Genovo Health to increase the footprint of DPC and to grow business relationships with other DPC providers.

Dr. Rictor is a nationally recognized voice on the DPC movement, having keynoted the Direct Primary Care Summit, spoken on DPC conversion at the Maryland Family Medicine Fall Symposium, and presented on bringing DPC to employers at events including Rosetta Fest. He also produces “Curbside Consult with Dr. Ken Rictor,” a physician-led patient education video series, and is the author of the book “Who Cares for Me? A Caregiver’s Guide” (2026). A Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 1991, Dr. Rictor completed his residency, including a term as chief resident, at The Washington Hospital, and his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine where he graduated with honors.
