In an effort to help close an existing jobs skills gap and address Pennsylvania’s workforce shortage crisis, the PA Chamber Educational Foundation has created a comprehensive resource document for employers to find qualified candidates for open positions.   • Best practices for removing internal barriers to hiring the right candidates;
  • Links to transportation services statewide that can help with ease of getting to work;
  • Childcare resources;
  • Miscellaneous sources and companies that have successfully built a strong workforce model.
