“Coolest Thing Made in PA” Takes State by Storm

The PA Chamber kicked off our 2024 “Coolest Thing Made in PA” contest in celebratory style last week with a party at Hollywood Casino in Grantville, PA.

The event spotlighted the 64 made-in-PA products vying for the title, previously won by Primanti Bros. sandwich in last year’s inaugural contest. Attendees included PA Chamber members and representatives from participating companies.

“From Hershey bars to Harley Davidsons, Sheetz MTO to the Duolingo Learning app, Pat’s cheesesteaks to Martin Guitars, and everything in between, we’re showcasing an amazing representation of companies in this year’s ‘Coolest Thing Made in PA’ contest,” PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein said.

The PA Chamber doubled the number of nominees and opportunities to vote (expanding to include an Instagram vote) thanks to the success of last year’s competition, which drew over 30,000 votes from across the Commonwealth. This year, over 46,000 votes were cast in the first round alone!

As the “Coolest Thing Made in PA” contest continues, the PA Chamber encourages employers, customers, and brand lovers everywhere to keep turning out the vote on X and Instagram, and to showcase their love for their made-in-PA favorites!

The tournament schedule is as follows:

  • Second Round (32): March 26 – March 29
  • Third Round (16): April 2 – April 3
  • Fourth Round (8): April 4 – April 5
  • Semi-Finals (4): April 8 – April 9
  • Championship: April 10 – April 11
