Online Panel Discussion to Focus on the Impact of Unscrupulous Lawyer Advertising

What’s the real message? That’s the question a panel of legal experts – including the PA Chamber’s Vice President and General Counsel Megan Martin – will work to get to the bottom of in an upcoming online panel discussion.

Hosted by the PA Coalition for Civil Justice Reform and the PA Chamber, “Lawyer Advertising: What’s the Real Message?” will be held virtually from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on Thursday, August 15. The event will focus on the ethical implications and impacts of legal advertising on civil litigation. Martin will be joined by Zurich North America Vice President of Claims and Judicial Affairs Lisa Bellino and U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform Director of Legislative Affairs Rachelle Mortimer. The panelists will focus on the impact of millions of dollars that are spent each year on billboards, TV, radio, and ads on getting “rich” through litigation … and whether anything can be done about these unscrupulous tactics.

Continuing education credits are available for this event.
