Last week, the PA Chamber welcomed a sell-out crowd of more than 600 business professionals to the Lancaster Marriott for our 2025 Women in Business Conference. The highlight of the day was a Q&A with professional basketball player Caitlin Clark – a moment made even more special by the presence of a dozen girls and boys who introduced Caitlin by sharing their personal stories of how she inspires them. Caitlin’s engaging keynote offered profound insights on her work ethic, teamwork, mentorship, the importance of routines, and handling success and adversity – a message that, despite her personal excellence, everyone can apply to their daily lives and careers.
The event also gave attendees a full day of opportunities to expand their professional and personal potential, with inspiring conversations, networking opportunities, a wellness room, a professional headshot station, and other amenities. Exhibitors offered services ranging from resume building to small business financing, brand marketing, and more.
The conference featured a lineup of insightful speakers – all of whom were PA Chamber members – who covered a variety of topics crucial for today’s business professionals. They provided valuable insights on prioritizing physical and mental health, maximizing networking opportunities, securing financial stability, and learning AI literacy to streamline daily tasks. Additionally, there was a compelling discussion on owning one’s time and the power of prioritization; along with a fireside chat with entrepreneur Sara Taylor of Taylor Chip Cookie Co. about her company’s success utilizing TikTok and other social media platforms to promote their products.
The PA Chamber is grateful to our generous sponsors, including exclusive presenter WellSpan Health and exclusive platinum sponsor Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health for their support in making the 2025 Women in Business Conference a resounding success.
