AG Sunday Meets with PA Chamber Legal Policy Council

Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday met with members of the PA Chamber’s Legal Policy Council last week at an in-person gathering hosted at the PA Chamber’s headquarters. General Sunday gave the council an update on his first 10 weeks in office and discussed how he approaches his role as the Commonwealth’s chief legal officer.  Council members had the opportunity to have a constructive dialogue with General Sunday regarding several issues, including consumer protection laws, how his office has responded to changes in Washington, D.C., and the impact that Pennsylvania’s poor legal climate, including the rise of nuclear verdicts, has on our overall business competitiveness.

The PA Chamber’s Legal Policy Council comprises attorneys from various practice areas, corporate counsel, and other legal experts, and provides input into legal issues affecting businesses.  The council supports the PA Chamber’s efforts to advocate for a legal and regulatory environment that fosters business growth and protects against frivolous legal challenges.
