PA Chamber Staff Members Earn National Recognition

Two members of the PA Chamber team recently earned prestigious national designations for their leadership in the chamber profession.

Aaron Riggleman, Manager of Government Affairs, was selected for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Business Leads Fellowship Program.

The six-month program brings together 35 chamber and economic development professionals from across the country to focus on pressing education and workforce challenges. Participants gain access to national experts, resources, and a peer network to strengthen their ability to support talent pipelines in their communities.

Riggleman will join a nationwide network of more than 400 leaders working on education and workforce initiatives. The program includes both in-person and virtual meetings and covers topics from early childhood to postsecondary education and workforce readiness.

Gina Suydam, Director of External Affairs, earned the Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) designation from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE), the highest professional certification in the chamber field. She is one of just 26 professionals in this year’s class — the largest in the program’s 40-year history.

The CCE certification is awarded to chamber leaders who demonstrate expertise across core areas of chamber management, including membership, communications, planning, operations, and revenue development. Suydam joined the PA Chamber this summer after more than a decade leading the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce.

We congratulate Aaron and Gina on these accomplishments, which reflect the PA Chamber’s commitment to professional excellence and our role as a leader in statewide business advocacy.
