Flagger Force, a leading Hummelstown, PA-based short-term traffic control company, had its President and CEO, Mike Doner, speak at the Justice Summit in Park City, Utah, on Saturday, January 24, during the same week as the Sundance Film Festival®. Doner served on a panel titled Beyond the Background Check: Supporting Successful Reentry and Building the Future of Work. The session was moderated by Shea Zwerver, Program Director for Goodwill International, and featured prominent national reentry experts who discussed fair-chance hiring and how businesses can help justice-impacted individuals successfully reenter the workforce and grow professionally.
