“I’m honored to join the Advisory Council for the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on hiring individuals who were ready and willing to deliver their best, regardless of their past. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a better future. Businesses have an important role to play in breaking down barriers to employment, empowering justice-impacted individuals, and restoring communities,” Doner said.

“As a fair-chance employer and advocate for criminal justice reform, I’ve witnessed how access to opportunities can transform lives. I look forward to collaborating with fellow Council members to advance initiatives that create pathways to employment, support personal growth, and strengthen communities,” added Doner.
