Energy Environ Energy recently announced the acquisition of Beeson & Associates, a Louisville, Kentucky-based energy management and advisory firm specializing in commodity risk management, strategic sourcing, and procurement advisory services. The acquisition marks Environ’s second transaction in the past month and further strengthens the company’s position as a leading provider of energy, sustainability, and engineering solutions. “This acquisition creates more opportunities for our clients,” said Chris Sternberg, Chief Executive Officer of Environ Energy. “Beeson’s expertise in propane, heating oil, and transportation fuels complements our existing strengths in natural gas, electricity, and renewable energy. Gaming Happy Valley Casino in State College last Monday appointed Peter Longi as General Manager. Longi will provide leadership and strategic direction to the property, overseeing operations while ensuring a high standard of guest experience. Longi has more than 30 years of experience in casino operations, with a background in areas including slots, table games, and player development across a variety of regional and destination markets.
