PA Chamber President and CEO Luke Bernstein was recognized among the top 5 in City & State Pennsylvania’s “2022 Impact 50,” a select group of 50 people from Pennsylvania’s business, government, nonprofits and advocacy sectors who exemplify what it means to be a socially responsible citizen.
“Leading the Pennsylvania Chamber means pursuing a mission of building safe, vibrant communities that make Pennsylvanians want to live, work and raise their families here, while encouraging new opportunities for business growth and job creation,” Bernstein said. “This recognition speaks to the great work the PA Chamber team and our members do to create a better Pennsylvania, and I’m encouraged by the number of business and civic leaders working with us toward the same pro-growth goals.”
As noted on the “Impact 50” listing, Bernstein made the list in part for having worked on the monumental tax reform package that was signed into law this past summer and cut Pennsylvania’s Corporate Net Income Tax in half by 2031, among other tax reforms that help small-to-mid-sized businesses. And, recent efforts to prevent an unfair unemployment compensation tax increase for 3,000 businesses statewide, as well as enact a regulatory framework for Pennsylvania’s autonomous vehicle industry.
In addition to Bernstein, the PA Chamber congratulates the following individuals from PA Chamber member companies who made the “Impact 50” list:
