  • Uncertainty is all around us, and understanding how changes, challenges, and crises affect our teams is critical to being a good leader and a healthy team member. Based on her Navy experiences during the first and second Gulf Wars, and through 9-11, Commander Mary Kelly will articulate the 6 stages of a crisis and show where leaders must be to successfully move their teams forward.

  • Commander Kelly will also describe the 5 ways leaders must P.I.V.O.T. through uncertainty that will help them renew their sense of purpose, regain their footing and inspire others to head down the right path to success.
