The PA Chamber is committed to ensuring that laws related to employment in the Commonwealth are fair, balanced and predictable. We oppose blanket, “one-size-fits-all” mandates that don’t take into account the unique industries, sizes, and financial circumstances that make Pennsylvania’s business community diverse. In this same vein, the PA Chamber also fights against government mandated wage hikes that lead to many unintended consequences, especially for small businesses.
